In all seriousness, regarding this and your prior post. I have every right to direct my anger at Powers. If he is Highlander6, the latter has at least shown remorse earlier today. He continued to issue positive reports on HMSG successes even though there were problems that clearly did not originate overnight, and then sold to DMEC with no due diligence - just the advice of some advisors. He sold out to one of the kings of the shell game.When DMEC bought the company, the stock price had already evaporated. I appreciate his recent communication, but would have liked it 2 years ago.

Regarding the 10K:

Westmont has no revenues, and 3 full time employees and they are going to tap into $200 million of reserves?

NuEarth, Westmont, and DMEC are almost entirely owned by Avalon. Don't you find that strange? They are just moving things around

Where does it say in the 10K that DMEC gets 100% interest in NuEarth?

As I have said before -- I hope i am wrong - it is in my financial interest to be wrong, but I thing this is anothewr step in the shell game. Under no circumstances would i buy more DMEC. Good luck with that.
