i am bullish on the technology displayed by oxbt. appears the us government is sliding away from severe traumatic brain injury and seeks instead oxbt's colour on mild tbi which is a broader and excellent indication. fda can make or break company's and it is known to take seasoned research, money but most ultimately time to either receive an up or down vote. smart play is exactly what oxbt is doing by utilizing the years of research translated over into their topical brand. i also believe from listening to the rodman/renshaw speech by the cfo (he is an accountant) that the company has a clear plan with their topical emphasis yet will continue to strive for tbi breakthrough. it is a very prudent and well thought out approach as stated earlier about fda being a deer who wont move from the road. having invested quite a few usds into bio-pharma/tech companies over the years, and after listening to 8 other companies from the conference i thought sounded interesting, (they were not) it is my belief to stay the course. for the skittish investor, i'd make a move to dump your shares and move on to something else. for those who have watched billions burned or made going after companies like oxbt, i'd advise the approach of tempered excitability.
