the CEO of eConnect did jail for that scam. Just yesterday I recieved a Class Action Settlement Fund letter in the mail that is giving $$ back to people who got sucked into the P&D. Nearly 10 years later.

It's pretty specific that you had to buy and/or sell/hold between certain dates in 2000 to get part of the settlement. Hope people kept good records. Trying to find an online link...
