Somewhere around the time of Black Friday I remember a notice from Scottrade that they would no longer provide physical Certificates to anyone. I'm pretty sure that's what I read. They were being deluged with requests in my opinion. Some had to be SPNG. Anyone else remember. In my mind the only question here is how many, not do they exist. I'm not willing to let the M & M boys off the hook here but I still believe the mm's nss'ed this POS. IMO there is more than 1 set of crooks here.
