I don't know. I have been able to see L2 for pinksheets ever since I had E*Trade. May just be the other trading companies that didn't have it available are now making it available for their customers.

I don't think it has anything to do with transparency of the company. This is about the second to second trading throughout the day.

Striving through this huge forest of stocks to get to the right one at the right time.
