UTA - looking strong. This short should have brought his concerns to the company's management before going public on the Business Insider. If he "moves on" and covers his short, and the company ends up being vindicated, there will be hell to pay. The SEC absolutely will need to disgorge him, and let's just pray the ambulance chasers take aim. I'm sure this guy has plenty of money to distribute to those that got stopped out this morning.
