Nope. He couldn't liquidate his stock because they were restricted. Simple as that. Him not liking it has nothing to do with it. As for misrepresentation?....the same could be said for the value of the assets he sold to get those shares...right?.....how many time has it been posted here that JBII overpaid for Javeco....and how many times was it posted here those media credits not only weren't worth 10 million but were in fact worthless?....and the company wrote down those media credits.....so who misrepresented what? JBII? or Kidd?....you can't have it both ways.....
