I'm getting ready for a lawsuit...this ever-increasing disgrace of a management team has begun to affect my health. Poor management is one thing - criminal negligence is quite another. Careless and indifferent..a failure to exercise a reasonable degree of care, especially for the protection of others. The ERHC BOD in a nutshell.
