I, too, have well over a 1M shares; actually it’s in the several millions, but who’s counting...
Rocknrollo, you are correct that the company has not done well in delivering on their past promises. However, looking at this project, I believe that it is certainly one that is more feasible, in that they can actually deliver this product.
It’s a USB based device utilizing a proprietary encryption algorithm. In dollars and cents it doesn’t cost $20K per unit, in fact, the cost per unit is nominal. They are selling the value, the technology, not the hardware.
The best part is this time they actually have a potential client that can afford to purchase the technology. Again looking at the demo on their website, it appears that they are targeting ESPN for their initial sale, which is part of the ABC family.
For this conversation let’s focus on just the ESPN potential for the simple reason that we have evidence pointing to the fact that this is their target client. Below, directly from ESPN's website, is the schedule for this coming weekend of events to be aired just on ESPN3. You can also see the schedule by clicking on this link:

On Saturday, alone, they have 33 different live broadcasts going. Assuming that Accesskey provides them with a redundant solution, that equals 66 licenses or $1.65M USD in annual revenue with year 2 and beyond as pure profit. To take it a step further in being conservative, let’s assume not all events would have a redundant solution. For example, the 10:00pm CFL game does anyone really care about that game? So let’s call it 60 units or licenses for annual revenue of $1.5M USD.
Again, the above scenario doesn’t even include ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNNews, any of the ABC affiliates, or any of the other networks.
Just as you are down, so am I. Perhaps now would be a good time to use the time honored tradition of averaging down to secure a more attainable exit point. Assuming you bought 1M shares at $0.01 for $10K , just to break even you need to get all the way back to a penny. But if you were to buy 5M shares at .002 now when the stock reaches .0034 per share you will actually have a minor profit. Is a penny possible? I believe it is, in fact I believe we’ll do far better, but then again who knows. What I do know is .0034 is certainly reachable and a whole lot closer than a penny or a dime or even a dollar.
Me, I’ve averaged down. I’m even contemplating adding more at these prices so I’ll add to my profits if this even comes close to fruition. Will I wait for the pie in the sky dollar, NO. Will I take some off at .005, YES, will I take some more off at .01, absolutely and then determine what to do with the balance of my shares which will be “house” money.
