Vision Electro Mechanical Company (Vision), a part of Saudi-based Construction Products Holding Company (CPC), has announced the establishment of a subsidiary company in Jeddah.
The new unit, Electro Mechanical Fixtures Factory Company (Fame) will manufacture electrical distribution and control panels of high loads to meet the demands of mega projects coming up across the Kingdom, said a top official
Dr Faysal Alaquil, director of Business Development and Administrative Affairs for CPC said the formation of Fame comes within the framework of CPC’s strategy which aims to provide all the requirements of contractors and developers through a single step to facilitate their works and to help them to meet their obligations.
'The new company also contributes in the provision of high-quality products that previously were imported from abroad, which helps speed the completion of major projects,' he explained.
Hassan Chahine, chief executive officer of Vision, said Fame products were the main factor in the quick completion of the air-conditioning and power station of the eastern Haj terminal at King Abdul Aziz International Airport.
'Fame products, as well, were recently used in the execution of the electrical and mechanical works of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University for Girls in Riyadh, and its automated passenger system,' he added.
