Hey DevG, just a question/scenario that I've had here for a long time and I'd like to hear whether this is possible. I am not a negative poster and I'm a long and believer in this company. I continue to hold many million shares at a higher price only because I believe the outcome will be more than positive in the end. That being said........Here is my question.

As this pinksheet stock is non-reporting, what actions can they take without actually releasing a PR? They have an ungagged TA and they let the world know their grand plans when the stock was virtually unknown, back in the original .000's months ago. As the demand increased and drove the stock price higher they began selling stock(diluting) and raising funds to help fulfill the long term plan along with the Spire funds. The shareholders were never told......."hey guys, were gonna be selling a sh!t load of shares while the price is up there" and they knew with an ungagged TA, shareholders would find that out and start selling to lock-in profits and drive the price low enough to have others sell their stake at a loss and drive the price even lower. Now to clarify, in one PR, Rick did state...."we sold stock and we will continue to sell stock", but that was partly after the fact. Now if they can do this as we all know they did, would it not make sense that with all this dilution...the company had a pretty good idea where the PPS would end up, did they not? And to complete the stated plan of locking up spokespersons with a nice contract that would probably include some restrited stock, begin to buy up stock while the stock is in obvious accumulation mode. Again, as this is a non-reporting company, is this a possibility? The way I see it.......I think it is possible. They had the capability of slowly diluting at a much higher price.....putting needed funds in the coffers to develop the business plan then slowly begin buying back stock.....making that said stock restricted and locking up some nice blocks to throw into contracts to entice spokespersons. They could have raised millions then in turn cost them only thousands to buy that stock back and restrict it. I see this long dragged out scenario as a possibility. Do you think it's a possibility? Sorry about the longwinded explanation but I respect your opinion.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts, larybaby2
