No, I don't follow these posts.
I was informed by a former investor what was on it.
HSMG made money on the CTBs for quite a while(11-12000 bags).
Every move the company attempted we put out a press release.
The bag sales leveled out and our partner got greedy and cut out
a large percentage of the margins. He was never able to establish a large sale with the Army with either the Trauma Bags nor some of
the utility bags we developed.
We ventured in other directions, some with modest sucess like the armor vehicle anti-spall liners. The Marine Corps sidelined our biggest target area for this-the AAV, in favor of the MRAP.
We had light level III body armor. DOD mandated level IV, anti armor piercing. We had that too but we weren't "ARMOR HOLDINGS" now bought by BAE, both multi-billion dollar companies who have the highest political connections. So be it, that's life in the big leagues.
We tried to develope the EBD. The designer, a great patriot, was a one man show (80 years old). He targeted 4-8 minutes of air. The best I got was 3-4 so I did not continue to push something that did not live up to my expectations on my brothers in the military. He's developing a new one which much longer air time, I'm still waiting.
We introduced the ARNISI system as a device to shut down cell phone use with IEDs to 5 congressmen. DOD wanted one that shut down all signals from one box. Such is life.
We tried to market window film and bullet resistant glass. Airports are more interested in aethetics than protecting passengers at the ticket counter. Hummers have bullet-proof glass so that was a dead end. We hoped to work casinos in Vegas with the film. Conducted meetings with the larger security agencies in the city. They'd rather gamble that a bomb or earthquake won't occur than spend the money, go figure. Where the hell did the bodybag thing come from?
Successes or failures, the market makers shorted the stock. Frustrated the hell out of me but that's life in the penny stock world.
We existed to help my brothers in harms way and keep them alive so they could keep killing terrorist. If a piece of gear we tested was not as good or better than something they already had or someone else had, I would not sell it just to help the stock. They're more important than me or anyone on these sites. We did , however, continuosly try to inform our investors of our every move unlike, unfortunately, the DMEC crew. I sold the company to them because they had an impressive resume in a sector that looked like was going to explode. I wanted to hand it off to a group that would benefit the loyal investors in a greater fashion than I was able to do....I was wrong. Hopefully it will succeed with the new management.
If anyone attacks my integrity, I will meet them.
