Given it was brought up that there was a revision to the Q2 filing..I decided to look at it again. I don't remember the old one word for word so don't know what all has changed but..I do remember myself and others being chastised for talking about WB and them selling on consignment. It was quickly quoted from the IIS to try to prove the consignment possibility to be impossible.

There has been a change in wording on the subject since the IIS boys. Hmmm... wonder why? LMAO! You see..adding just one word gives them a whole lot of "wiggle" room.


2Q filing...

If you will look at page 14..under h... it clearly states

"Goods are not NORMALLY shipped on a consignment basis".


IIS - March, 2010

What it said in the IIS was at the first of the year was..

"Goods are not shipped on a consignment basis".


The point?

Those who chose to dispute the consignment claim were wrong. WNBD has sold on consignment and mostly likely have occasion to continue. IMO
