Seems to me a round about way to do it also. If the idea is to get off pinky land and BVIG is about there then once it is there could they then merge with KATX and then both would then be one company again. Off course, I thought the idea was to split them into a Gold and a cooper co. and have two companies and increase boths value and make both BB stocks. If the goal is to get listed on the NAZ or AMEX then it might make more sense.

BTW, I have an over .16 average. I was the one that bought at .0872 and .0871 which they gave me for about 2k today and my average in that account is down half a penny. I was not going to pay up to HSDN and I slapped the ask up to .23 and down 50% so I refuse to pay up and they can sell down. Long and strong over 600K shares not counting the 'free' ones.
