The OSC had approx. 35 volumes of documentary evidence plus a long list of witnesses ready to be called as the hearing started.
Petar had no witnesses and not even a notepad in front of him.
It would have been interesting to watch him defend himself, but obviously a negotiated settlement was in his best interest. It's unfortunate it takes so long to reach the obvious conclusion in these kinds of cases.
