FFGO's past history of lies, Lumbs past history of lies, scams and fraud. Also if you know anything about the pinks at all you would them know also that to these POS scam companies filings such as 8-K,10-K and so on are maningless and are in fact frequently filled with lies and BS, they don't care (and Lumb never did) of what they are filing in a legal document is true or not. i can name a great many of these POS pink scms that out right lied on there 10-K,10-Q as well as in there 8-Ks, with no consaquences. Do you realy believe that the SEC reads even 10% of all the filings they get everyday???? Lies abound in the pinks and no one cares all that much about it. And FFGO/Lumb is no different.
