4 billion O/S is a lot to overcome at this level. You can catch the 'whackers' and get yourself some 1's and put them right up for sale on the 2's and make yourself 100% profit. One the patient and those able to get some 1's will be making money here for the time being.

The sub-penny plays are promising, but you have to lock down one with a smaller and more manageable float...then hope for substantive news.
