I remember working in the real estate industry at one point in my life. The head techie at the franchise I worked at NEVER got back to anyone who e-mailed him...even though we worked there...lol

It's a waste of limited resources to respond to inquiries. They can easily get bombarded. I'm sure they and tons of other companies learned that long ago.

They do have a working web-site and do answer their phone. Even the CEO is reachable. That's good enough for me.
