More Adavco findings... in regards to one of the tracts of land.

What do you guys think? Do these sound like $10,000.00 lots? LOL.

Remember there are only 165 lots mentioned here, or about 1/14 of the holdings we know they have :)



VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT #6325; ZONE MODIFICATION #28, MAP #101 B
(a) Vesting Tentative Tract 6325 proposing to divide two parcels into 165 lots ranging in size
from 20,195 square feet (net) to 42,158 square feet (net) for residential use
, two sump lots, and
an approximate 1.5-acre (net) designated remainder; four limited design variations; a
development variation to the Land Division Ordinance to allow private streets where public
streets are required
; development variations to the Development Standards to allow modified
Type A street improvements and a reduction of the street right-of-way from 60 feet to 44 feet;
(b) A Zone Modification to allow a minimum 20,195-square-foot lot (net), where 21,780
square feet (net) is required (Section 19.16.050 and Section 19.54.050.3) and to allow a sixfoot-
high fence where a four-foot-high fence is required
