Laidlaw Energy Group (LLEG.pk) owns 50% of Laidlaw BioPower -> Laidlaw BioPower owns Laidlaw Berlin BioPower.

Laidlaw BioPower is getting money for the 100% sale of laidlaw Berlin BioPower. The money Laidlaw BioPower gets will be used for other projects that will give us a greater percentage of ownership for future projects. (GOOD FOR LAIDLAW ENERGY GROUP (LLEG.PK)
