Probably not exactly what you want but might be close. Try using the MA envelope, just set the period to 1 day (ie that will give you the current close), then set the offset to be 4%, which will give you + / - 4%.

Heres a chart with these settings, it gives you the 4% under the close values, you could then just add a Horizontal line at the current - 4% value as I just did on this chart. Then just move that value up manually each day until you are stopped out.
