A group of shareholders out of Kansas City has been trying to get the company to supply them with copies of the documents that PAC claims to have submitted to the SEC to apply for a trading symbol.

That sounds like something else the management has invented. First, the SEC does not issue trading symbols. Second, if they are trying to file a registration with the SEC, it would be filed and available to the public on EDGAR. As things stand, the company has zero chance of ever successfully filing a registration statement with the SEC. I don't believe they are even trying, or have even tried, for that matter. It is just not in their game plan, as they are likely making too much money selling unregistered shares.

It also suggests that management knows the "gifting" of shares has not been legal. Which, of course, in the way they are doing it, it isn't.

If what that group says is true, they need to contact the SEC and provide them with the documents ASAP.
