i am assuming he is going to buy, and my assumption is he wont get the price he has targeted thus losing money because he has to buy in at a higher price.
You just repeated the same assumption in different words, but don't worry about it. Like I said...your comment was valid, just flawed in some areas.

have you looked at a long term chart? this stock has been undervalued for a long time.

I have looked at the charts. I saw it jump up from 2.5 cents up to 15 cents in a matter of a month, then, as ANY stock will do, start to drop as it sets stability points. I also see that there are NO stability points higher than 3 cents. This indicates that it could drop as low as 3 cents to test the market. I emphasize the word "could" due to the unpredictability of penny stocks.

It could go up to a dollar (over time), but its more likely to drop down to 5 cents in 1 day than to go up to 1 dollar in one day.
