This message was received a bit early this afternoon via enmial. A welcome communication for many and a good link to HSN andmore importantlt a link the the CEO Cast from yesterday apparently. Check that out as I heard a few bits of future hope and plans that I had not heard elsewhere. Don't know if George is the most polished interviewee but worht a listen IMO.

Dear Investor,

We have been receiving many inquiries regarding when our product will air on the Home Shopping Network as indicated in the Company press release of August 26, 2002, "Seaview to offer SecureView camera system only on TV shopping network HSN." A copy is attached to this e-mail. Mr. Bernardich our Chairman & CEO wished to address this issue personally through the following statement:

Mr. Bernardich explains, "We are extremely anxious to build our business relationship with Home Shopping Network as we believe it affords the Company a significant opportunity to distribute Secureview and future powerline consumer products. When we released the August press release we had already shipped our product and based on the information we had been given we fully expected our product to be aired during the month of September. Our vendor agreement requires that all press releases including HSN must be approved by HSN prior to release. Unfortunately, as we all know, the product did not air in September or anytime to date. I personally apologize for any expectations you may have had. And, I am fully aware of the potential credibility issues we have to overcome as a result of the previous management practices regarding such issues. Further, I know the simple answer is to generate sales and profits which in turn should garner an increase in share price and a return for our investors. We will convey to you the airing dates and times as soon as we receive confirmation from HSN as this decision is totally HSN's. Based on the recent delays, I do not wish to speculate as to when the product will air.

We are however making additional efforts to increase the potential for success when our product does air. We have hired the TDP Group to facilitate the host training, stunt development, set engineering, HSN.com promotion, and an overall interface with HSN. TDP reports they have been directly responsible for over $300 million in electronics sales at HSN and have been working with them for over 8 years. In addition, we engaged the services of Circosta Communications, who also has an HSN business relationship, to train our guest hosts, all of whom must be approved by HSN Guest Services. In addition, once the product airs, HSN Director of Public Relations will support the Company with a dual public relations campaign directly to their media contacts which may or may not run with the story.

Everyone at Seaview is working very hard to make the HSN project a success, and we appreciate your patience as we accomplish this task."
