Aurus Corp. experts have started proceeding with "Due Diligence"
concerning the operating activity and assets of company Mayskaya. The command
of professionals include Lawyers and Internal Auditors of the company.
Our Due Diligence is to determine the legal base for operating the company by
overseeing the condition of the assets,obligations and taxes.
The analysis of the operating activities will be carried out by technical
experts and monitored by Chicherin A. Vice President of Aurus Corp. on all
geological researches. Aurus Corp. Management will pay special attention to
the condition of the mining equipment .Namely the status of the goldextracted
equipment and the degree of depreciation and upon receiving a synergetic
effect on the equipment Aurus Corp. will further the technological process.
