ToshacH----- I completely adhere to your strategy of not holding on to a long term position. This is even riskier than most OTC plays due too the history, i.e. RRUN, LSTA, LSTE, LVSG, and JPHC. Hell, I even scalped some back in January. I believe this is the second red flag since the last RS. First of all, the multitude of PRs by Hawkins with zero financial substance. How are these defragmented deals going to be integrated by a Holding Co. to generate revenue? Furthermore, the AS will have to increase and as a Holding Co. are the shares to purchase new acquisitions going to be allocated as preferred? This gives shareholders some protection. Second flag, the name change. Kwong said they were not up too their old tricks, but I beg to differ on that my friend. Flags are a poppin' every where around this one...
