And if there is a spin off, I will still own say 5,000,000 shares of ARSC and a smaller ammount (50 to 1 or so) of Hydra so like 100,000 of hydra at hopefully a price atleast around $0.10.

What happens to the price of ARSC what would make the 5,000,000 share price go up if there is a spin off?

Again sorry for all the question, just new to spin offs.
