You never know with the pennies. Ever. PERIOD.

However I do believe this will trade near $1.00 within a year from now. I also believe we will see levels of .50 before January. However, don't watch it daily unless you are a flipper. I put in a sell order for 60 days for .50 and an alert for .10 (so that I can make a decision when that day comes). So if it goes through the roof in a day I wont miss the sale and if it hits a decent return I wont miss it either and choose whether to stay or not...

Unfortunately this specific stock is a ridiculously patient play. Best of luck to you!
