So just so I understand the spinoff as well, I have never had any experience with one.

So say I own 5,000,000 shares of ARSC that I purchased through etrade.
Is there anything i need to do (on my part) when the spinoff occurs?

Will I come into my etrade account one day and it shows now i also own stock of Hydra?

Please please explain.
