First of all there are other public investors. I for one. Look back to my previous postings. I've been around awhile, in fact I started this board. If you want to talk to management, pick up the phone. I've talked to several people in the company over the years. Be nice develop a relationship with the investor relations group. Of course it doesn't hurt to be an engineer in the municipal infrastructure business. Anyhow, posting on a bulletin board is not the best way to communicate with management. Pick up the phone, or write a letter (the old fashion kind on paper). Who knows maybe someone will write back or call you.
