SDVI-"THE SUBSIDIARIES" Mikrotone Concepts LLC

Mikrotone Concepts is seeking a total of $22.1 Million to complete the full production of five entertainment projects. Those being the feature films, Ratred: The Following XD, Disappearing Act, Bromos, Cliffs End, and the episodic presentation known as Forced Fitness in 2010.

$22.1 Million investment is backed by a Risk Management Procedure, allowing for a possible risk of only 25 cents on the dollar.

Return of Investment - All gross money that is made on this film will be dispersed according to points or percentage. Profit payouts will begin after the investors recoup their investment plus twenty percent & actors are paid their deferrals.

Here is a breakdown of how the risk of investing $22.1 million into the slate is managed:

$22,100,000.00 - The Icons Project

$10,00,000.00 - Ratred: The Following XD

$5,000,000.00 - Cliffs End

$2,500,000.00 - Bromos

$3,100,000.00 - Forced Fitness

$1,500,000.00 - Disappearing Act

At the end of the two year period, if there is no profit, the following money is projected to be returned to the investor, even before a domestic sale!*:

$8,840,000.00 in tax credits (40% from Michigan)

Total: $13,260,000.00

Risk: $.60 / $1.00

In addition, “Accredited Investors” will be eligible for a 35% tax relief in accordance with section 181 of the American Jobs Creation Act, 2004. This can add up to another $7,735,000.00 Dollars

Total: $5,525,000.00

Risk: $.25 / $1.00

Note that these are worst-case scenario, minimum numbers. If the films make more than 25 cents on the dollar on a domestic sale, it will be profitable.
