The facts about all this transactions

Propalms International Ltd, is a company opened by Zysblat and Dukes and this corporation is builded new on the 24.08.2010 without PRPM (Uk Propalms Ltd and US Propalms Inc)

A few days later this is boughts by NEGS and Zysblat and DUkes are the main people also in NEGS now. Why would negs buy a company like this newly buided, because the turnover of PRPM and the customers are transmitted to this company without any benefit for PRPM and its shareholders !

Also you will find no news release or k at the sec, as PRPM is not involved !

Another prrof that Propalms International Ltd is belonging to Zysblat and Dukes is in the contract from NEgs filings:

It states :
"THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 31st day of August 2010, between National Energy
Services Company, Inc. with a corporate address at 16238 F-108 Ranch Rd, Austin, TX 78717, a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”), and Propalms
International LTD., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”) Robert Zysblat and Owen Dukes (“Shareholders”) individually and collectively
known as (“Seller(s)”)."

So MR Dukes and Mr ZYsbalt are the owners not PRPM, tell me one reason why they have not opened this company via PRPM ! One reason !!!!!! Red Flags !!!

So what happened know after building this construct which everyone has problems to follow through:

Proplams had in 2009 a revenue of 205000 USD, minus costs for products of 80000 and minus operating costs of 435000 USD , leaving them with a loss of 311000 USD. The company can not efford to run that any longer , as they do not get any finance deals with PRPM anymore.

So what they did is transfer that 205000 USD or more into Propalms International, which belongs not to PRPM, but to ZYsblat and Dukes, leaving PRPM with a licence fee, a licence fee for this type is between 5 and 10 % Max. So PRPM will end up with an revenue of perhaps , lets be generous and take 20 %, 40000 USD, but still costs of 300000 USD minimum, so making a loss every year further, how long do you think this will run !

the new PRopalms International has now all customers and turnover , this is for sure and you can track it down by this link and news release of NEGS.OB
"Propalms International will be responsible for overseeing the daily marketing, sales, and distribution network of Propalms software product line, which includes Propalms TSE 6.0, Propalms VPN, and Propalms VDI, and any new applications that are being developed, and in return will pay a royalty on the revenue generated by the current and future products agreement for the sales of several software products in the virtualization and cloud computing market. Propalms International will also manage the 48 distributors in the U.S., U.K., Japan and India, Canada, Western Europe plus several other international locations."

So Propalms International is now NEGS.OB with no other shareholders, then ZYsblat and Dukes and maybe some former guys from NEGS.OB and they have increased their shares already towards 1 billion, so know they can start to sell shares again into the market, whcih was not possible anymore with PRPRM ! You will see that starting soon, within the next two years they OS will also reach 1 billion shares, as they have the AS already for that !!!!

Everything else i can only guess, either PRPM will go into BK or NEGS at one moment will buy out also PRPM cheaply ! But thats speculation.

Nevertheless, ask yourself, why is PRPM not part of this whole construct and is is not for sure, as no news release is given and no sec filings where made ! This would and does have an impact on the company, so they would be required to file, but it did not happen, as only two private persons opened up Propalms International !

Yes crystal you are right, this is a company construct, but not a positive one, this is a construct of people hiding and taking away something !

Do your own DD, i warned you, you will see some more huge selling, as big apple and porbably some other investors will try to get rid of their shares and reinvest later into NEGS.OB to make money again until that is also pumped up !

I will follow this a bit longer and then start to report to the sec and fraud department ! Whereby i believe on teh law side Zysblat and Dukes are safe, as they are main shareholders of PRPM also and can probably with some majour sharholders do what they want to transfer rights for distribution and sales. I will wait and will let them surpise me, how they also can transfer the IP to the new company, as i expect that as next step !

Do not invest here its a high gamble risc and i feel its strongly a scam beeing buided. I believed in this company some years and the software is good, but they mentioned me for the last 3 years to many times the multi billion dollar market and still selling after all this years for 1 million max products !
