I think Surely understands all that but what Surely may not get is why she gets a recorded message when she text XXX to GO800 to discuss these issues she gets a recorded message!

I think as I have said all along the target audience needs to be small business and name brand companies that have a service or product to sell.

I think Surely may agree.
