well i would stay that if they got this find from where someone on the board said they did the merger web site, that is from old management. And If i read it right, the deal is not complete yet, And figure this up if it was producing 5 barrels a day, and it is going to take 3 to 4 years to pay for it, how much is this sweet deal, sound like a lot of share to me.
