I can see your point here or at least where you are coming from. However, there is a thing called the 1111th monkey effect. The effects of THC have been integrated into the DNA structure of our species on a massive scale. The awakening is happening and they cannot stop it. It is no longer a matter of controlling the public with false propaganda. Only the people who have not used it due to the projected fear of loosing your job or trouble with the law etc. are controllable through the propaganda. The people who do use it are now the majority and this is still a democratic society so the shift is happening at an accelerated rate. There is to much momentum to stop it. Even the police, the politicians, and the judges in our courts use it on a regular basis....
