Personally I think its a long shot, CCME management owns more than 50% and are aware of the potential they have with a 5 year exclusive contract. Who's to say they don't take more airport contracts from FMCN?

Even if FMCN offered $30 a share which they wouldn't, I doubt CCME management would go for it.
