I think that could be right and wrong

Only NON-taxed monies are taxed. if you placed post-taxed monies in your 401k you will not be taxed on it. but you have to pay taxes on the NON-TAXed monies in a RothIRA.


Maybe you just forgot to tell the IRS...SHHHH I wont tell
