ease2002.

I'm hoping number one doesn't happen. But it could.

I'M not betting on a buyout either. but it could make a real run on the stock price if that would take place. Thats when you would have to have a real exit price in mind because it will probably trade for allot higher than what the actual price might be for a short time.

I think Intel would be happy to settle for 500mill. and ptsc would be smart to take the money only if they could go after all the other infringers. If Intel would want a exclusive deal like they think they bought from Moore then I would say go stick it where the sun don't shine.

I don't think ptsc has ever expressed a interest to sell the company. I don't believe that is whats driving Jeff wallin. H e didn't come to ptsc to be a ceo of a penny stock. He knows the potential worth of those patents and what it will do to ptsc if we win.But if a buyout offer came that was a few bucks per share they would have to vote on it. ALSO Intel and any other company's could try and get controlling interest by just buying shares on the open market. They could buy this at ten cents and make a killing. It would off set the cost of buying ptsc out.

If Fogel rules in favor of ptsc . WHich I hope happens this week the next round of judges will push for a out of court settlement.

I just had a good prime rib last night. But a free one from SOUZ would be really nice.

This is a waiting game for sure.

But I'm good at waiting. I remember when I was 16 and I was trying to get this babe in bed who was about 30yrs old. she told me good things come to those that can wait. Well I waited on that one and never did bag it. Oh well!

keeping the faith.
