NO ... Wrong again.
The only Fraud was the dumping of shares and receiving nothing in return. BILLIONS of shares.
AMHD did not sue Fitz for fraud, so to say that is simply misleading.
AMHD sued for failure to complete a contract.
That is before the courts and IMO neither side will win.
Just the lawyers and their fees.
