This is the LTDU statement:

"Clients include the the U.S. Homeland Security who LTDU reported a buildout of more than 40 patrol boats for the government agency."

Now that is a flat out scamming lie. Homeland Security is NOT a client of LTDU and LTDU did NOT build any boats for Homeland Security.

Orlando may have personally worked on some of the rigging or something like that for Midnight Express, but that was just as a laborer.

Was he even out of jail when all of that was going on?
