S-1 is because they're going broke. BNPD will now own BEHL and then you have to turn in all your shares of BEHL to get BNPD.

Maybe for every 10000 shares of BEHL you might get one share of BNPD. Who knows....but it doesn't look good!!!



heh, sort of a third party reverse split... very interesting... I've never seen this before. Been investing for years and this is a new one for me to witness. You are never too old to learn something new. I hope it is good news for the longs... I guess we will see.
