Double WOW!

I was expecting other news but love this. I new the two would become one at some point down the road.

We still need current financials for TRGD, and shareholder approval from both companies but should be no problem.

Cancellation of some shares and list of TRGD assets being acquired deserve notice.

Exciting times ahead.
