BWDI............. reminds me of the moves that MOBL made a year and some months ago....new management and a series of acquisitions got the pps moving steadily up from less than a penny to over 25 cents.....not saying it's the same exactly but the BWDI CEO is a former Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995 for Entrepreneur.Com,

established a successful privately held oil and gas field company (after he left the company was drawn into a Duke Energy suit and went the BK route with the assets gobbled up by Metrix - http://www.metrixnetworks.com/metrix/news/press_releases.asp#1 ) and is currently the CEO of another oil field company ( http://biz.yahoo.com/e/041210/pwbl.ob8-k.html )( 'PWBL.OB' is no longer valid. It has changed to AOOR.OB. see pinksheets info http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=AOOR )in the Dallas area where he apparently at the young age of 39 is something of a mover.....much of this is discussed in the 10-KSB, a fact which struck me as being very open......anyway just sharing my gut feeling plus some DD and a few calls to some friends in Dallas....
