The way I look at it they probably haven't PR because they got there military money and havent had the need yet.



I think you are 100% correct.
I don't think that anyone is loading right now, at .0017 - 800k shares is about $1,300 if they were all buys. I think what we have right now is MM's trying to keep a market for a stock that does not have much interest right now, but thats good because they are keeping it in play because they think that it will be back one day. IMO
