TRGD deal with TARM sounds great. Oedipus would love it, too.

Anybody got a read on the implication of the word "TENTATIVE" in the announcement? I wonder what dependency could exist that would complicate closure of this deal.

Also, since I did not see reference to "for cash" or "each share of TRGD will be exchanged for x.xx shares of TARM", I have to wonder whether my account will see replacement of TRGD shares with cash or TARM shares. Time will tell.
