17M shares is nothing. There are some real monster dilution machines out there and EXOU is NOT one of them. Your in the wrong game man. If you need clean balance sheets there is a whole stock market for that.

America's in a state of renewal. We've gotta have the strength to
tie a few factories to a tree and bash 'em with a shovel.
