Not a mystery. The US Army Research and Development
helped create the Flexible Display Center at ASU
in 2004 = Feb 2004 News Item

...and it looks like Solterra has to register with
the Feds to get notice of RFPs, Grants, or other
Opportunities, so we got on the list. From the codes
it looks like we're registering for anything PV related,
Quantum Dots to Solar.

That posting in May about a visit to the building -
seems to me, and I did not look it up, but I think
I remember that the Receptionist was military-type,
and the building had military-related businesses.
That is not strange if the US Army R&D is in the
same Research Park as QMC/Solterra because they
could be there for the FDC at ASU. So if the
question is have we had any contact with the
military, the answer is - everyday for the last
six years. Not that it means anything by itself.

I'm hoping Xmas comes by Sept. 25th this year, but if
you want a touch of reality, talk to my wife! We
ain't there yet, she tells me. She doesn't want to
hear about it, she doesn't want to talk about it, and
it is all I want to talk about! Good thing you guys
(and gals?) out here are good listeners!
