FWIW, technically speaking, CTGI from ~.04 to 2.39 back to .04~ equates to an even number of gainers & losers. 50/50 is far different from your agrandozized and overemphasized 'most'.

And to be even more technical, from .04 to 2.39 to .06 leaves MORE gainers than losers.
