Wonder if ICOA could be the next GOIG or ATNP or KATX or even LBSR type stock. Seems the industry could realy start making a run.

I wonder if all the people for the last 20 years that got stuck int eh R/S I wonder when they will descide to adverage down. Theres gotta be quite a few people in this that have shares worth nothing I would imagine 20 years of trading and these people are probly annoyed and I'd imagine they might adverage down a bit to hopefully break even in some sence :)
