LOL. You contradict yourself in only two sentences. That is difficult to do.

If it "does not matter a damn" where JBI or another company trades,

then how does or why would JBI have "to earn the right to trade elsewhere"?

If it did not matter what exchange a company traded on, no company would have an interest in and specific requirements would not exist for trading on one versus another.
